Pisciotta claims that Kanye West sent her explicit texts and engaged in sexual acts while on the phone with her. She asserts that despite being fired in 2022, she never received a $3 million (£2.4 million) severance package. Although the BBC reached out to West’s lawyer for comment, they have not yet responded.
Before meeting Kanye West Lauren Pisciotta was supporting herself through OnlyFans
Initially reported by TMZ and later confirmed by Rolling Stone, The Wrap, and US Weekly, the lawsuit alleges that Pisciotta primarily supported herself through an OnlyFans profile before meeting West in 2021. She alleges that Kanye West initially hired her to work on his Yeezy women’s fashion line and collaborated on tracks from his Donda album. Subsequently, she became his personal assistant, agreeing to be available “24-7” for an annual salary of $1 million (£780,000).
Pisciotta asserts that West initially approved of her OnlyFans business but later demanded she delete her account for an additional $1 million. After complying, she claims West bombarded her with explicit messages, including pornographic videos, and engaged in lewd behavior over the phone and in person.
Furthermore, Pisciotta alleges that after being promoted to Chief of Staff for Kanye West’s various companies around September 2022, she was abruptly fired without receiving her severance package. In addition to sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination, Pisciotta is suing West and his Yeezy businesses for fraud, unpaid wages, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
